The outside texture will get smoother and smoother as the piece is being used.
The pattern is mirrored Farsi (Persian) writings. They are hand carved individually on these pieces and each piece is unique even if the pattern looks similiar. The idea is to bring in the Farsi caligraphy as an element of design onto the work. They are poetries of Khayyam, and Iranian poet but they are not readable.

Can be used for Hot or Cold.

Microwave safe.
